Melbourne Orlando International Airport (KMLB) · Melbourne, Brevard County, Florida
Approx. 250,000 sq ft ramp · Approx. 1,000 sq ft office · Call for Pricing
At Melbourne Orlando International, your passengers don’t need a ride from the ramp to the hotel. The Hyatt Place Melbourne Airport sits on the airfield, and in Hyatt’s own words, ”pilots can taxi aircraft up to a flight line just outside the hotel, where passengers can disembark and walk inside.”
This listing puts a charter operation on that flight line, and it works like a private terminal. You get approximately 250,000 square feet of fenced asphalt ramp directly in front of the hotel, plus approximately 1,000 square feet of office space inside the building. Clients arrive at the hotel, meet your team in your office, and walk out to the aircraft on your ramp. Crews can book rooms upstairs. Your passengers are welcome to use the hotel’s amenities while they wait.
It all sits on a towered field with a 10,181 ft runway, U.S. Customs, and factory Falcon maintenance on the airport. The ramp and office can be leased together or separately, and the ramp can be leased as a whole or in part.

WHO IT SUITS
Built for charter. Your clients get what a private terminal offers: they park, walk through the hotel to your office, and board on your ramp. While they wait, they can use the hotel’s amenities, including the lobby and the Runway Rooftop Bar & Grill. The 143-room hotel also has a pool, a 24-hour fitness center and meeting rooms. Crews can book rooms in the same building, so an overnight doesn’t mean a van ride. Customs is on the field for international trips, and Freeport (MYGF) is about 139 nm away.
Also a fit for aircraft brokers and dealers. Park inventory on the ramp outside your office, and put buyers who fly in for a showing up in the same building. Embraer assembles Phenom and Praetor jets on this airport, and Dassault opened its Falcon MRO here in 2025, so business aircraft owners already have reasons to come to KMLB.
Aircraft management companies. Two jet manufacturers maintain aircraft on this field. Dassault’s 250,000 sq ft facility can work on up to fourteen Falcons at once, from line maintenance through C-checks, and has its own paint shop. Embraer builds Phenoms and Praetors here and runs one of its company-owned service centers on the airport. If you manage Falcons, Phenoms or Praetors, the manufacturer’s own maintenance is on the same field as your base.
Air ambulance operators. The ramp is next to lodging, so crews can rest on the field and a family travelling with a patient has somewhere close to wait. The field has a tower, an ILS and Customs for international transports.
Crew hiring. Florida Tech’s Emil Buehler Center for Aviation Training is on the airport.
HANGAR
A hangar is not included in this listing. The airport says it has aeronautical properties available for lease, and in 2025 it approved buying about 176 acres for aviation development. If you need a hangar, tell us early and we’ll help you look into what may be available on the field. We can’t guarantee availability, timing or terms.
