No. AV8 charges only on business the network sources or directly promotes — your existing book stays 100% yours, with nothing attached to it. On routed business you are the agent of record: your license, your brokerage, and AV8’s referral settled broker-to-broker at closing.
A fair question to ask any network. Two honest answers. First, the referral is settled at closing — when nothing closes, AV8 earns nothing beyond the flat membership dues. Second, before you commit, we walk you through the actual aviation demand we track in your specific market during the interview. You decide based on real numbers, not our promises.
The AV8 seat isn’t built to replace your brokerage’s primary CRM — it’s the network’s dedicated routing and measurement layer. Inbound leads land there, response times are visible there, and referrals reconcile there at closing. It keeps network business transparent, tracked in the open, and separate from your personal sphere — and it ships inside the one annual figure, no separate monthly charge.

No — never. People your past clients refer to you are yours, fully and permanently, even when the original client came through AV8. Our share attaches to demand we source — not to the reputation you build serving it.
Membership doesn’t replace Captain — it makes Captain cheaper. Members take Captain at 15 / 25 / 35% off as the pay-as-you-go option on their own listings, or skip the monthly entirely and settle a capped marketing fee at closing. And membership adds the one thing Captain alone can’t: routed buyers and inbound listing appointments in your market.
