Good to Know
A buyer will find my Basic listing anyway.
Basic is findable. A plan is unavoidable. On Basic, a buyer finds your listing only if they go looking for your exact field. A plan puts it in front of every matched pilot from day one — top of search, the map, the homepage, and a Blast to their inbox the day it goes live.
I'm already listed on the MLS and other sites, why add a plan here?
Those sites put you in front of buyers in general. AV8 puts you in front of the buyers who fly — the ones already searching for a hangar and a runway. A plan makes sure the pilot looking for exactly your field sees it first, instead of scrolling past it.
Do you take part of my commission?
No listing-side fees, ever — your seller side is never touched. If AV8 brings you the buyer, we take a share of the buyer side only: 35% on Basic, 25% on Pilot, 0% on Captain. On Captain, the buyer side is yours too.
What if it sells in the first month?
Billing cancels once sold — it’s month to month, with no prepaid remainder to recover. You only pay for the months your listing is live.
Does this really help it sell for more?
A pilot who needs exactly this hangar and runway pays full price for it — where a general buyer discounts the aviation features they can’t use. HangarMax lets them confirm their aircraft fits before they ever call, so the price holds where it should.
Can I start on Pilot and move up to Captain later?
Anytime. Each plan includes everything in the one below, so moving up only adds — you stay on their radar and gain Captain’s lead ownership and 0% referral. However, any leads referred during the Pilot plan are subject to the agreed referral structure.
How soon am I on their radar?
As soon as your listing is live. The day it goes live, the Blast goes out and it takes its place at top of search, on the map, and on the homepage — you’re not waiting to be found.
