Downstairs you’ll find another 3,080 square feet for your hangar & with Schweiss bi-fold hangar doors. The hangar door opening has a clearance of 48′ wide and 15′ high accommodating a wide range of aircraft. It has a half-bath and concrete flooring with radiant heating.

What Else to Know…
Access to the runway at Sandpoint Airport is granted by a very rare residential Through-the-Fence (rTTF) agreement with Bonner County and the FAA—in perpetuity—and an easement to the runway is deeded into each lot at Silverwing as well. Your annual fee for this TTF agreement is only $150.00 a year per home.
