This is a great hangar at Caldwell (KEUL) with walls and ceiling insulated and drywalled.

The hangar measures 50’ x 37.5’ and has a 12’ x 43’-4” door opening with Schweiss bifold door. The Schweiss door raises and lowers easily with the push of a button, and has a 36” man door at the west end.

There are some metal shelving units that may be included if desired. Floors can be professionally epoxied at a discount if desired.

Owner must sign a lease with the City of Caldwell at the current rate of $0.33/s.f.  per year, which amounts to $618.75 annually, and pass the required background check.
