Riddick Realty, LLC DBA AV8 Realty Raffle Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility: This raffle is open to individuals 18 and older who register as users on AV8Realty.com and meet the entry requirements as described. To enter, participants must “save a search,” “favorite a property,” and/or “create a listing” on thewebsite. Entrants must provide their full and accurate first name,last name, a valid email address, and cell phone number for contact and verification purposes. Employees of Riddick Realty,LLC, their immediate family members, and persons living in thesame household are not eligible. The raffle is subject to federal,state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Raffle Period: The raffle begins on April 9th at 9:00 AM EST and ends on April 30th at 11:59 PM EST. Entries submitted before or after the Raffle Period will be disqualified.
3. How to Enter: No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Additional entries are awarded for creating additional aviation real estate property listings under the same username. Each eligible property listing must be verified by AV8Realty to ensure it meets the criteria specified.
4. Prize Drawing: The winner will be selected at random using an online random number generator from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted by RiddickRealty, LLC, whose decisions regarding the drawing are final and binding.
5. Winner Notification: The winner will be announced on our website and Facebook page. Riddick Realty, LLC DBA AV8 Realty will also email and/or call the winner by May 6th. The winner must respond within 30 days of initial contact to claim their prize. Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and no alternative winner will be selected.
6. Prize: One winner will receive a 4 Day/3 Night trip to Cartagena, Colombia, or Escazu, Costa Rica. Travel arrangements must be coordinated with the Ludovic James Foundation. The trip must be redeemed by April 30th, 2025. There is no cash alternative or prize substitution allowed, and the prize is non-transferable.
7. General Conditions: Riddick Realty, LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Riddick Realty, LLC’s control impairs the integrity of the raffle as determined by Riddick Realty, LLC in its sole discretion. Participation in the raffle constitutes winner’s consent to Riddick Realty, LLC’s use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
8. Liability and Release: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Riddick Realty, LLC, its advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the raffle or receipt or use of any prize.
9. Disputes: Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the raffle or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Martin County, Florida.
